Fitness Kickboxing training is designed to be your stand alone fitness training program. Through an uniquely structured class format that includes strength building warm ups, strength, endurance, and cardio circuits, and
finished with some Yoga. You’ll find our 60 minute classes a well rounded workout like you have never experienced before.
When you come to class you will learn to utilize bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, heavy bags, kettlebells, MMA bags, focus mitts, TRXs, and much more to help met your fitness goals.
You will be learning some basic skills from Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and MMA(Mixed Martial Arts) to get in shape and learn some self defense too!
