  • 10 Hook Punches, 10 Triceps Dips
  • Jab, Jab, Jab, Cross, Sprawl, Double Roundhouse Kick
  • 10 Punches, 5 Roundhouse on Left, 10 Punches, 5 Roundhouse on Right
