- Jab, Cross, Lead Leg Roundhouse Kick (25 reps)
- Jab, Cross, Rear Leg Front Kick (25 reps)
- Jab, Cross, Switch Roundhouse Kick (25 reps)
- Jab, Cross, Rear Leg Axe Kick (25 reps)
- Jab, Cross, 180 Hook Kick (25 reps)
- Jab, Cross, Inside Crescent Kick (25 reps)
