Mothers and Daughters’ Empowerment Workshop Registration

When: Saturday February 22, 2020

Time: 1:30pm to 3:30pm

Where: Cobourg Tae Kwon Do .  271 Spring Street, Cobourg ON K9A 3K3

Conducted By: Cheryl Sanders and Master Jonathan Field

Cost: $25 per person or $45 for mother/daughter duo

Workshop Will Cover: Situational Awareness, Rape Prevention, Basic Combative Strikes, Ground Defend Techniques, Escapes from various Grabs and Holds,Weapon Defenses, and various Concepts to train the mind to avoid dangerous situations before they every occur. At the end of the workshop there will be time to go over what if situations that participates are interested in.
