Taekwondo Training/Class Plan
Warm Up: Do the following three tabatas
Taekwondo Training
- Triple Punches ( 1 minute )
- Pyojeuk Chigi ( 1 minute )
- Inner, Outer, Double Knifehand Block ( 1 minute per block )
- 25 per leg per kick
- Ground Defense: Practice each technique for 2 minutes
- Patterns (Practice your current pattern minimum 10 reps, do each pattern once starting with Taeqeuk 1 and up to your belt level)
- One Steps (Practice all of your one steps for 7 minutes)
Stretch: Stretching Routine – or – Joint Mobility
