Triple Punches ( 1 minute )
Low , Middle , High Block ( 1 minute per block )
25 per leg per kick
Four Corner Knife Hand Blocks Number Seven & Number Eight
Ground Defense
Patterns (Practice your current pattern minimum 5 reps, do each pattern once starting with Taeqeuk 1 and up to your belt level, finish with 5 reps of your current pattern)
One Steps (Practice your current 2-5 one steps for 5 minutes)
Stretch: Stretching Routine – or – Joint Mobility
