Practice each One Step Twice up to your level
Practice your One Steps 15 time each
Practice The Left Side
Practice each of the following for 5 minutes
Do 25-50 reps of each Core Exercise
Practice each kick 10 times per leg
Add a Roundhouse Kick and Back Kick to the first kick to make a three kick combination

Practice your weapon form at least 10-15 times
Do a little shadow sparring/freestyle with your weapon for 5-10 minutes

Do 15-25 reps of each Dips Exercise
Do 1 set of as many reps as you can for each Pull Up Exercise
Practice the following combos between 15-20 times per side and add a lead leg roundhouse kick to a back kick to the head of the combo
Practice each of the following for 5 minutes
Pick one of each exercise and do 25-50 reps. Repeat twice
Practice each kick 10-15 times per side
